About Dreamly

Dreamly is built for people who wake up with a dream that feels important and want a clearer way to understand it. The app combines dream interpretation, emotion tracking, and journaling prompts so a dream can be read beside context instead of treated as a fixed symbol.

What Dreamly does

Dreamly helps you record a dream, name the emotions around it, and compare recurring symbols over time. The goal is not to tell you what your dream “must” mean. The goal is to give you a structured interpretation you can test against your real life, sleep quality, stress, relationships, and repeating patterns.

Who is behind Dreamly

Dreamly is developed and maintained by a small product and editorial team led by Martin Berbesson. Martin works on the product, the publishing system, and the standards used to review Dreamly guides. He is not presented as a psychologist or sleep physician. When an article requires clinical review, Dreamly will name the qualified reviewer and link to verifiable credentials; otherwise the page will not claim expert review.

How we approach dream interpretation

Dream content is personal. A snake, an ex, water, teeth, or falling can carry different meaning depending on the scene, the feeling, and what is happening in your life. Dreamly pages therefore use cautious language, practical examples, and clear limits instead of presenting symbols as universal predictions.

How the website is funded

The website introduces Dreamly and its optional paid app features. Commercial goals do not change the editorial rule: an interpretation must not use fear, certainty, or a medical claim to push a download or purchase. Product links should be identifiable and relevant to the page.

Corrections and contact

If a page contains an error, an unsupported claim, a misleading translation, or language that could be safer, email hello@dreamly-app.com with the URL and the passage concerned. Material corrections are reviewed and the article’s update date is changed when the published meaning changes.

Important limit

Dreamly is informational and reflective. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. If dreams are frequent, distressing, connected with trauma, or disrupting sleep, a qualified health professional is the right next step.
