- Send an email to: hello@dreamly-app.com
- Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your Dreamly account
- Confirm your deletion request in the email body
Important: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account information
- All saved dreams and dream analyses
- Dream journal entries and personal notes
- App preferences and settings
- Usage statistics and personalized data
- Any subscription or payment information
Data Retention
After processing your deletion request:
- Personal Data: Completely deleted within 7 business days
- Anonymized Analytics: May be retained for up to 30 days for technical purposes only
